Jeff and Brandon from Bagby Beer joined us in Huddersfield to collaborate on a Trans-Atlantic brew combining two very distinctive styles, Yorkshire bitter and West Coast Pale Ale. A malt bill using crystal, oats and wheat malt alongside our house Golden Promise provides a satisfying backbone. The beer then features an expansive combination of choice US and UK hops. A mixture of UK and US heritage yeasts provide fruity esters alongside clean drinkability.

Malts: Golden Promise, Wheat Malt, Crystal Light, T50 Crystal and Golden Naked Oats
Hops: T90 - Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and East Kent Goldings. Whole hops - Target and Cascade
Yeast: West Yorkshire Ale
