Continuing our collaboration series with our graphic designer, Brandon Pope, batch 2 started off with a cyser made from fresh pressed Indiana apple cider and orange blossom honey. This base cyser then spent 12 months in a fresh dumped Four Roses bourbon barrel. We then took it to the next level with meadowfoam honey, maple syrup, and spices to create a wonderfully complex dessert libation reminiscent of bourbon apple pancakes.
