We threw a whole bunch of stuff at this experimental mead – Elliot blueberries, black currants, cherries, coffee blossom honey from Hawaii, vanilla beans, and fresh roasted Oaxaca coffee beans from our good friends at Steamwhistle Coffee Roasters in Crown Point – and it turned out AWESOME. An homage to Midnight Oil, a member exclusive bottle from Year 1, Midnight Elliot goes several steps further, showcasing layers upon layers of flavor complexity from entry palate to the end.
