Blackberry and raspberry mead. Being closely related to each other, blackberries and raspberries are a perfect match. The berries were fermented separately, and blended thoughtfully to what we felt was the perfect expression of both berries together. It has a bright, acidic and juicy fruit expression, similar to freshly picked berries.
