For those who don’t know, Bill Brasky is a 10 ton man mountain that would punch us all in the face and we loved him for it! A light beer for Brasky, this 10% Porter was brewed with Vanilla beans, then aged in rum barrels that imparted a boozy, rum flavor. More vanilla beans were added to round off the booziness with a nice vanilla sweetness and aroma. Brasky once polished off a whole keg of this stuff and when finished came up with the theory of dark matter. To Bill Brasky!!!
