We switched up the grain bill for this body of water series IPA, using only pilsner and unmalted wheat, which provides an added layer of softness and fluffy mouthfeel. As for the hop profile, we get lime, strawberry, slight tropical fruit, and some dank herbal notes from the Motueka and Strata hops.
