Czech-Style Dark Lager brewed using a decoction mash to create rich deep complex malty-rich caramel, toasted bread crust, chocolate, and slight roasted coffee flavors. Smooth, medium body, without being heavy. Brewed with our friend Jason Thompson of Blue Jay Brewing.
