Our friends at BSG Canada swung by and offered us a new, still under analysis hop named HORT9909. A cross of Hallertau, Saaz and a wild German variety, this experimental hop was grown in New Zealand with early showings exhibiting lemon, lime, and a spicy background. How do you think it performs?
