Пиво Fancy Pants - Narrative Fermentations

Fancy Pants takes a very simple and clean lager beer and fancies it up with a nice dry hop addition of HBC 586. We didn't want to go the "Cold IPA" route with this beer....we were looking for something a bit more delicate with a splash of flavor from one of our favorite experimental hops. While being very dry and refreshing, the dry hop addition added flavors and aromas of citrus, lychee, fresh white flowers and herbs, with a touch of berry and tropical fruit. The carbonation is notched up making it nice and frothy with a clean finish. Super refreshing for these warm sunny days. Prost!
