We're bringing back one of our favorites from last year....but we did make 1 minor tweak, using the ultra-biotransformative Tropics yeast from Berkeley Yeast. We find that it adds to and compliments the super expressive flavors we're already getting from this rad hop blend. I find aromas of ripe mango, watermelon, lime zest, pineapple, and a light dank. Those flavors come through on the palate with added notes of passionfruit, kiwi, and tangerine. We find the elevated abv also helps pump those flavors up for one super expressive flavor onslaught!
