Пиво Smashin & Mashin - Narrative Fermentations

Brewed in collaboration with our good friend, Kyle Oliver, proprietor of Super Smash Burgers. In addition to a Pilsner malt base, we also mashed in some flaked corn, rice, and the secret ingredient, Potato Rolls....72 of them to be exact! We also hopped this beer with Saphir hops, including a small dry hop. We gave this beer an extended lagering at 32 degrees. Smashin & Mashin is super bright and clean with nuances of white flowers, citrus, and a crackery malt base all framed in by a firm bitterness that gives the beer a dry finish and makes it super crushable.
