Пиво Kiwiana - Narrative Fermentations

I had an awesome time collaborating with the homies from Out Of The Barrel on the concept and brewing of this NZ Pils. It's crisp, dry, and frothy with some killer hop expression. We hopped it at IPA levels which brought big aromas of passionfruit, white wine, & a little dankness. Those same qualities are found on the pallet as well along with sweet citrus (think kumquat, lime, & grapefruit), kiwi, and light diesel. It crushes hard and is perfect as things warm up leading into the summer.
