This brown ale boasts flavours of hazelnut, whilst biscuit and caramel intertwine with the nutmeg, providing delicate sweet notes and gentle spice. Taking its name from the sea surrounding the Maluku Islands of Indonesia, from where nutmeg originates, this is a celebration of the sweet and warming qualities of the spice.
