This week's NoDable is a peach Kettle Sour! The wort was left in the kettle at a warm temperature for about 48 hours to give it that bright, tart flavor that you expect in a sour. It was then refermented on peach puree to create the, you know, peachy taste. This brew is 4.4% ABV and 5 IBU's. Come by the tap room Tuesday and get peachy with us!
