A classy sour ale for a sophisticated palate. This unique ale began its journey as a Belgian Golden Ale, developing fruity esters from Belgian yeast and using NC grain varieties. After initial fermentation, the ale is re-fermented on a blend of souring bacteria and Brettanomyces strains where it matured over a year's time into a funky, tropical, musky, tart experience that is as complex as it is delicious.
