This Belgian Tripel is fermented on peaches and brewed with clove, orange peel, lemon peel and pepper. The fruit additions perfectly compliment the ester character of the Belgian yeast while the spices perfectly compliment the phenolic notes creating a surprisingly drinkable beer for the ABV.
