SLURP stands for Superior Lupulin Utilization Research Project… This RnD batch series is designed around a Hazy IPA base and utilizes Thiolized yeast called Helio Gazer. This yeast allows us to incorporate more Thiol compounds from hops giving grapefruit and passionfruit aromas to the brew. The brew is hopped with Centennial, Nectaron, and El Dorado CGX hops to bring a tropical forward hazy IPA experience.
