Nøgne Ø As The Crow Flies is a spontaneously fermented beer brewed with Norwegian barley, wheat and oats. The beer was spontaneously fermented for two years before sour cherry juice from Lier and sweet cherries from Frederiksdal were added. The beer was then fermented and matured for another year.
