In our never ending search for new and unique flavours we have finally struck gold! Well, in our opinion we brew to gold standards every day, but this beer is rather unique. Both in the way it was brewed and the taste itself! A tropical farmhouse ale as it has been brewed at Norwegian farms for centuries. Using juniper infused water, no boiling(!) and with the amazing Norwegian farmhouse yeast ”kveik” from Ebbegaarden in Stordal. Fermented at 30•C! Brewed in collaboration with our good friend and kveik enthusiast, William Holden.
