Millions of Russians have been quite familiar with "Zhigulyovskoe" beer since the Soviet era. This brand does not belong to any particular manufacturer. More than 20 companies produce beer with the same name; however, only "Ochakovo" brews it according to the classic method with less than 20% un-malted materials.
