Пиво Aušrinis - Panevėžio Alus

For this beer we took inspiration from both German Pilsners and West Coast IPAs. We used more German influenced hops in the kettle which gives the beer a softer bitterness and a nice floral and earthy hop base. We then used Mosaic and Citra hops for whirpool and dry hopping to bring out the tropical and juicy west coast flavors.
