Пиво Fruits of Labor: Blackberry + Raspberry - Perennial Artisan Ales

Fruits of Labor is a new series of intensely fruited foeder-aged mixed fermentation beer. First aged for many months in one of our large format French Oak foeders, we then move the mature beer into stainless steel on top of a massive amount of fruit. This series will be a way to experiment with different fruiting combinations and methods with this itineration featuring blackberries and raspberries.
