Delicate threads of toast, chocolate, and hay are woven into the soft texture of this session dark lager. We dry-hopped it with German-grown Mittelfrüh hops. In Droves is dark in color but light in body and flavor: everything in balance, a perfect beverage for the equinox. Originally brewed by Bluejacket in collaboration with Great Raft, revived here this fall. Moonbeams scatter across the calm dark ripples and crows silently watch from the shimmering treeline. Day becomes night becomes day.
