Пиво Lascaux - Perennial Artisan Ales, Half Acre Beer Company

Lascaux is a collaboration with our oldest buddies at Half Acre up in Chicago. We've given it our Méthode Haze treatment. Brewed with a bevy of flaked oats, and crushed in the spinner with Ekuanot Cryo. A significant DDH then ensued with fresh vintage Citra and Ekuanot Cryo. A beautiful expression of Citra, this beer reminds us of eating Dreamsicles after bike rides, floating on a raft in a swimming pool of OJ, and listening to Cam’Ron with the window up.
