Belgian-style Saison brewed with Pilsner, flaked oats, spelt & unmalted wheat. 4 yr old whole leaf aged hops were added in the boil & fermented with our house saison yeast. Light bitterness is coupled with a tea-like aroma & a classic Belgian yeast finish. From brewer Chris Kinast.
