Black Currant Pancake. It's been over 3 years since our last batch of this mead, and we're very excited to have it wrapping up in time for early 2026.
We anticipate that this batch will be present with an explosion of fruit, though we're continuing to play with the adjuncts and actively taste testing to make sure this one pops.
