Blueberry Mead with Natural Flavors aged in Bourbon Barrels. Blueberry Pancake is a part of one of the most playful series of meads that we make. Big blueberry pops and then fades into some of the sweet maple syrup and flavors of vanilla and cinnamon, while the barrel aging process was quick and to provide flavor affinities that help enrich the experience.
