ciNN is our Fig Mead made with Wildflower Honey, rested on Cinnamon, Vanilla Beans and Oak Spirals. Burnt sugars and Cinnamon meld together, evoking flavors of coffee cake and various baker's spices. A massive expression of dried fruit, raisin, toffee. The vanilla, once again, is leveraged to smooth the texture and provide notes of bean paste, marshmallow, earth and dried fruit. Just enough oak to help temper some of the sugars of the mead, this is a full bodied and rich liquid.
