CM is our Wildflower Traditional Mead that was aged in 5 different barrels over the course of 5 years. Not to be mistaken with 5 different barrels being blended together…this mead clocks in 18%, and began its journey in a Knob Creek Rye barrel for 17 months. It was then transferred to a Fiji Rum barrel for 8 months. Once done, it was aged in a Toppling Goliath Stout Barrel for 14 months, then transferred to a Phase Three Portal barrel for 15 months. Finally, it rested in a Maple Barrel for 6 months.
