Мёд Mango (2022) - Pips Meadery

Mango is made with Alphonso Mangoes and Orange Blossom Honey. A more delicate mead in terms of flavor given the nature of the fruit. Ripe mangoes have much less acid (citric and malic, in this case) vs many other fruits to push against the sweetness of honey. The result is, overall, a softer profile. Still maintaining a long finish, notes of honey will carry throughout the mid-to-late palate, especially on the initial sips. The ripe mango flavor makes its mark on each end, starting early and lingering after the finish. October 2022 release
