We loved how the last batch of Razzamatazz aged in Used Barrels turned out so much, that we figured we should go a little bit bigger with this batch. Aged for 50% longer than our previous iteration, this batch saw the extended time in a used barrel from our friends at Toppling Goliath previously holding one of their stouts. A massive chocolate expression leads to an absolutely decadent experience. Dark, seedy raspberries are ever present, though the overall profile is a consistent raspberry-chocolate truffle from start to end. A long, lingering finish that coats the palate.
