Мёд Switch (Used-Barrels) - Pips Meadery

A Blueberry & Cranberry mead aged in used barrels last holding a very special stout from a Chicago-land brewery. Waves of blueberry tannin and cranberry acidity are tempered by the presence that the barrel contributed after a 10 month slumber. This particular bottling contributes chocolate, char, vanilla and roast layered in with the base fruit profile.
