Vanilla Echoes is our Raspberry & Blackberry mead with Ugandan Vanilla beans. Typically a darker, earthier vanilla profile...this version carries a vanilla flavor profile that compliments the blackberry quite nicely. For this Vanilla/Berry mead, we touched the base product to ensure the residual sweetness helped to amplify the vanilla profile a bit further, better offsetting the added tannin from the vanilla.
