Barrel-Aged Echoes is our Blackberry & Raspberry Mead aged in Bourbon Barrels. Benefiting from aging in well saturated wood, this mead radiates with the best flavors of the spirit. Caramel, vanilla, and oak, cinnamon, clove and fruit notes (apple, citrus, banana). Layered on top of the dark fruit, the aging process further smoothed out the already velvety profile of Echoes, turning it into a truly luxurious experience.
