A long boil, 5x mashed imperial stout aged for 32 months in a special Blanton's Straight from the Barrel cask strength bourbon barrel, then aged on a massive amount of cocoa nibs from Ghana, Haiti, and Uganda. The end result is a decadent chocolate bomb, layered with notes of warm vanilla, dark fruit, charred oak, baking spices, roasted nuts, and caramelized honey. Brewed in celebration of Pontoon's 5 year anniversary!
