Refreshing wild ale inspired by Estonian farmhouse traditions. Fruits and herbs are added according to seasons: spruce tips in spring, rhubarb in summer and quince in autumn.  The beer conditioned over winter to give natural yeast a chance to create lively and playful aromas from the bounty of locally grown products.
