This beer has long history. We brewed lambic in garage using turbidmash technic, before we even started to think about brewery. It survived the home explosion, and after that waited for at least 5 years at the basement until this very moment, when we were invited to the Lobotomy Day 2024. We had decided to mix this lambic with our young sour beer and added cherries to balance acidity level. We glad that YOU can share history and such long path with us.
