Пиво Apple Orchard - Revolution Brewing Company

A collaboration brew with Eris Brewery and Cider House. We blended one barrel of their apple juice with one barrel of our kettle soured Freedom wort, and co-fermented them together with our house ale yeast, followed by their house champagne yeast. It fermented out fully, leaving a nice dry finish, preceded by a soft fresh apple skin aroma.
