This Leipzig-style Gose features Kolsch yeast, as well as the addition of sea salt and coriander, per tradition. The Lacto strains eat some of the sugars to produce a tart character, while the coriander adds some dryness and spice to play well with the sea salt. The end result is highly carbonated and refreshing!
