Пиво Give Beets A Chance - Revolution Brewing Company

Brewed in solidarity with the people of Ukraine, we started with a huge mash built from mostly pale ale malt, backed with flaked oats, amber malt, and a few dark specialty malts. We boiled a thick sugary black wort for 2 hours. Our chef prepared both smoked and roasted beets that we added in the whirlpool, and more beets were added after fermentation was complete.
