Before departing for Phase Three Brewing, our pal Kyle Damon brewed this traditional Belgian Quadrupel and we socked some away in a single Templeton Rye Caribbean Cask. A rush of dark, dried stone fruit and cherry pit pervade the aroma while the palate is treated to hints of cocoa and rum-infused rye whiskey.
