Spectaron derives its name from the dry hop onslaught of Nectaron and Talus hops in conjunction with Citra and Mosaic Spectrum, as well as whole leaf Citra hops. The hops, in conjunction with Sundew yeast, deliver strawberry and tangerine aromas, followed with flavors of guava, lychee, and candied persimmon – all riding in on a resin-tinged wave of citrus.
