This IPA is a collaborative effort with our friends on the Southside at Tribes Brewing. Amarillo hop additions in the kettle, and then dry-hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy to give the beer a nice herbal, fruity hop nose with notes of orange, tropical fruit, and a touch of onion notes coming thru on the palate. It finishes dry with a pleasant, lingering hop bitterness.
