When our good friends Beer Ritz got in touch about doing a beer for their 21st we put our heads together & decided to wind the clocks back & do an old school West Coast IPA with a whole cone dry hop! A subtle malty base built on with kettle additions of Comet, Chinook & Simcoe. We then loaded the hop torpedo with Simcoe, Chinook & Centennial for a whole cone dry hop for those piney and resinous flavours!
