Our latest Planet features exclusively New Zealand Taiheke hops for floral, melon and light citrus notes. We use a neutral malt base of Canadian 2-row and German Pilsner to allow the hops to fully shine through. The Vermont yeast adds some additional fruitiness which complements the Taiheke hops.
