Russian River Pale Ale a classic American pale ale was one of the four original beers brewed in 1997 when Russian River Brewing Company started out at Korbel Champagne Cellars. In the spring of 2022 Vinnie dusted off the original RR Pale Ale recipe, made some very minor tweaks and rebrewed it for RRBC’s 25th anniversary. Both the artwork and the beer are very nostalgic, reminiscent of the 1990’s.This Pale Ale was part of a four-beer anniversary pack we sold in April of 2022 to celebrate our anniversary. Copper in color with a medium maltiness in the aroma along with hop aromatics of citrus. The flavor has notes of rich bread crust from the malt with undertones of hops. It has a moderate bitterness that works well with the mild sweetness on the finish.
