A Beer brewed in the traditional way, uniquely fermented with champagne yeast. Rye malt adds a spicy dryness, alongside the use of crystal malt contributing to the deep colour and smooth texture. The generous use of magnum hops produce a bold bittering, with Simcoe & Summit hops adding fruity / citrusy aromas.
