Pineapple and Mango Daiquiri Sour- We've put tons and tons of fruit in this. With the addition of 340kg of mango and pineapple purees to our base beer, expect juicy tropical fruits and a tang from the lactobacillus. We've added a bit of lactose to this one as well, to give it a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. This is perfect for the sunny weather.
