American IPA, 17° Plato, 6.2% ABV. Pamatujete si, když byly IPA čiré a bez zákalu? My ano. A protože už máme v nabídce zakalenou, suchou a hořkou American IPA, rozhodli jsme se to zkusit naopak a vyrobit jemnou a výrazně aromatickou IPA tak čirou, že přes ni můžete číst třeba ranní noviny. Klasické americké chmely použité při dry-hoppingu vytvořily ovocné aroma s nádechem borovice. Remember when IPAs used to be clear? We do. Since we already brew a hazy dry and bitter American IPA, we decided to try it the other way round and make a smooth, soft aromatic IPA that you can read the morning breaking news through. Classic American hops used on dry-hopping created a fruity aroma with a touch of pine and helped to smoothen the body, as well as provided hefty bitterness to round it up.
