Пиво Yummy/Gelato Strawberry & Rhubarb - Funky Fluid, Sibeeria

Pastry Sour Ale w/ Fruit, 20° Plato, 5.4% ABV. Spojili jsme se s kluky z Funky Fluid a tak naše se Yummy setkává s jejich Gelatem: a výsledkem jsou piva chutnající jako lokální dezerty. My jsme v Praze uvařili pivo inspirované polskou Droźdżówkou, která kombinuje dva druhy ovoce, které jsme nikdy předtím nepoužili: obrovskou dávku jahod, rebarboru a trochu vanilky. A je to tady - hustá, růžovočervená tekutina (fluid) plná ovoce a radosti! Yummy meets Gelato - this is a clash of desserts in a can. We teamed up with guys from Funky Fluid to brew beers inspired by desserts from each other’s country. We went with Droźdżówka since it combines two kinds of fruit we’ve never used before: a huge dose of strawberries with a dash of rhubarb. We put them into a slightly improved Yummy base, added a pile of vanilla and here it is - thick pinky fluid full of fruit and joy!
